Town of North Hempstead to Feature Concert by “The Cast of Beatlemania”
New Hyde Park, NY–Town of North Hempstead Supervisor Jon Kaiman, Councilman Angelo Ferrara, and Councilwoman Lee Seeman announced today that “The Cast of Beatlemania” will be returning to North Hempstead as part of the Town’s 2012 Summer Concert Series.
The concert will be held at Michael J. Tully Park Stadium Field at 7:30 pm on Saturday, July 21th. The concert is free and the band will be performing such hits as: “I Want to Hold Your Hand”, “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band”, “Penny Lane”, “Hey Jude”, “Revolution”, and many more.
“The Cast” features former members who starred in the Broadway production and have performed in all fifty states and over twenty foreign countries. Each member was individually selected from thousands of musicians who auditioned from all over the U.S. for the Broadway show, Beatlemania. They recreate the sights and sounds of The Beatles so faithfully that you will recall when the world was engulfed in the most pleasant fever of all: BEATLEMANIA!
