Freedom of Information Requests

File FOIL Request

Pursuant to New York State’s Freedom of Information Law (FOIL), members of the public may request copies of Town records, with certain exceptions. In order to request Town records, the requestor must submit a FOIL request form. This form may be viewed by clicking the link below.

Requestors must fill out the top of the form and send the form to one of the following, depending on the records being sought:

Copies of Town Board Resolutions, Ordinances, Local Laws and Transcripts:

Once a request is filed, the request will be acknowledged within five (5) business days, at which time you will be notified of its estimated time of completion.
