Councilwoman Kaplan Celebrates Grand Opening of Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in Great Neck

Great Neck, NY – Following through on North Hempstead’s commitment to support established businesses in the Town and encourage new businesses to open here, Councilwoman Anna Kaplan attended the November 19th ribbon-cutting of the latest Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in Great Neck.

The restaurant, located at 420 Northern Boulevard, now has five locations on Long Island, including one other North Hempstead restaurant in Carle Place. Kaplan presented the store managers with a Certificate of Recognition on behalf of the Town.

“It’s important that we appreciate the efforts of our local business leaders who work so hard and contribute so much to the Town’s economy,” said Councilwoman Kaplan. “Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza has been successful in dozens of other nationwide locations and I expect them to become a staple in Great Neck for years to come.”
