Hundreds of Families Come out for 4th Annual KidStock

North Hempstead, NY – North Hempstead Supervisor Judi Bosworth and the Town Board welcomed hundreds of children and families to the 4th Annual KidStock music festival on August 17th at North Hempstead Beach Park in Port Washington.

This free event featured nationally acclaimed musical entertainment including former Grammy nominees Brady Rymer, and the Milkshake. The program was hosted by the popular Tim Kubart from the Sprout Channel TV show “The Sunny Side Up.” Tim also performed with his band, Tim and the Space Cadets.

“It is wonderful to see so many young families enjoying a summer day at our beautiful Town park,” Supervisor Bosworth said. “There is so much for everyone to do between dancing, face painting, arts and crafts, and fun athletic activities. It’s a real celebration of and for our children.”

KidStock also featured multiple performances by Bach to Rock of Port Washington, which introduces young children to musical instruments.
