Town to hold Consolidated Funding Application Information Session with Empire State Development

North Hempstead, NY – Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth and the Town Board invite all local business owners to an informative session about consolidated grant funding hosted by the Empire State Development and the Long Island Regional Economic Development Council on Thursday, May 30 at 9 a.m. at Town Hall in Manhasset.

Since 2011, the Long Island Region has been awarded $640 million dollars for 791 projects. Attend this informational session to learn about available grant funding through New York State. Grants are available for business expansions, mixed-use development, innovation and biotechnology, manufacturing, tourism and agriculture, infrastructure and more. All non-profits, businesses and local municipalities are invited to learn more about the types of funding available and the application process.
