Town to Hold 11th Annual Valentine’s Day Marriage Vow Renewal Ceremony

North Hempstead, NY -
Town Clerk Wayne Wink, Supervisor Judi Bosworth and the North Hempstead Town Board are proud to announce the return of the popular Valentine’s Day Marriage Vow Renewal ceremony. The event, in its eleventh year, will allow couples who have been married for many years to reaffirm their commitment and celebrate their marriages. The renewal ceremony is scheduled for Friday, February 14, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at Clinton G. Martin Park in New Hyde Park.

“Over the years, so many couples have joined us to celebrate their love and bond,” said Supervisor Judi Bosworth. “This heartwarming ceremony is a tradition we have each Valentine’s Day where we can recognize the commitment these couples have for each other.”

“This joyous occasion allows us to celebrate and honor the love shared between these individuals,” said Town Clerk Wayne Wink. “Their relationships have withstood the test of time and are extraordinary examples for our community.”

A lunch will be served after following the ceremony at a cost of $25 per couple. Due to overwhelming demand and limited seating, you must reserve a place in advance. For more information, please call 311.
