North Hempstead to Reopen Harbor Links on May 11

North Hempstead, NY - Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth, the Town Board, and members of the Town's Parks and Recreation Department have announced that Championship Golf Course at Harbor Links will be reopening on a limited basis on Monday, May 11. Visitors are being advised that they must wear protective masks when in situations where they are unable to practice social distancing.


The limited opening of Harbor Links will include the following:

-No access to carts (walking only) – this is in accordance with the current New York State regulations that temporarily prohibit the use of golf carts

- No access to food & beverage, the clubhouse or the driving range

-Half-way/snack bar building bathrooms will be open during business hours

-The amount of time between tee times is being increased to 15 minutes

-Course hours may be adjusted depending on sunrise and sunset to allow for all walking customers to finish 18 holes

-All transactions must be completed beforehand with minimal staffing on-hand
