Our residents don’t deserve the relentless barrage of low-flying aircraft that batter our communities, day-after-day, minute-after-minute. These condensed flight paths severely impact the quality of life and worse, the air quality of our beautiful neighborhoods.
The good news is we’re taking action, and we are prepared to sue the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) should they continue to ignore previous agreements.
